Jiang Stormrunner is a Ranger who polices the lands surrounding Haven. He was transported to Korsaire without his knowledge or consent 12 years prior to the events of the Korsaire Campaign.
Jiang is a bandit sympathizer, referring to them instead as Rebels and Freedom Fighters. He has revealed himself to be a double agent, working both for Ernesto Giswaldi and Arlina, the bandit leader. [1]

Jiang lead the assault on Haven along with Arlina in 846 MS. They were greatly assisted by Erebus Tartarus, Jack "The Rock", and Cyotes. [2]
